Shipping & Delivery
If a product is in stock we will do our best to see it dispatched within 4 working days. We make every effort to keep the stock information on our website up to date. However, if we are out of stock of your item we will email you with an estimated delivery date then you have the option to confirm or cancel your order.

United Kingdom
We use the carrier service UKMail for all UK deliveries. UKMail will attempt delivery twice. If there is not somebody available to take receipt of the delivery UKMail will leave a card on the premises. There will be details on the card which can be used to re-arrange delivery with UKMail. A second failed delivery will result in our office being contacted to assist with making the delivery as a third delivery and all subsequent delivery attempts are charged to Laceys Footwear. It is our policy to make every effort possible to contact customers to re-arrange delivery however if this is not possible then we will recall the parcel to our showroom and await further instructions. Please note subsequent deliveries may be subject to extra charges. UKMail are happy to leave deliveries with a nominated neighbour if this helps, alternatively please specify a work address where delivery can be made between 9am and 6pm. We use UPS for deliveries to destinations outside of the UK. If the shipping destination is located in Russia your parcel will be delivered via Fedex.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with the products we provide, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund exchange or issue a voucher to spend with us on a future occasion, provided the product has not been worn and is returned in its original condition with its original packaging and receipt.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office and send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Faulty Goods
If, after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or materials, please contact Customer Services quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and reason for the return. We should be able to replace, repair, or refund all or part of the purchase price. Laceys Footwear/Paolo Vandini operates under the Sale of Goods Acts.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders & Cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order in writing up to 8 days from the date of receipt of your goods. You must immediately return the goods at your own cost and claim a refund of the goods within the statutory period. Goods must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and receipt.

All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Checkout’. After this you will proceed to the payment stage when your order cannot be altered.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo or Delta. You may also pay by cheque but please be aware that orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared in our bank. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the goods. If you are placing your order outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to the correct currency. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of products may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to change but you will be informed of such changes and given the option to confirm or cancel your order.
